About us

The purpose of ComSec Hinweisgebersysteme GmbH is to develop and provide whistleblowing systems for companies. Whistleblower systems are provided for reporting information on breaches of the law, irregularities and maladministration in companies and corporate environments.

We work with experienced lawyers who have specialist expertise in this field, in order to ensure the confidentiality of the information provided.

A whistleblower system in companies already forms an integral part of a functioning compliance management system. On the basis of the so-called EU Whistleblower Directive of 23 October 2019 (2019/1937), which assumed legal effect on 16 December 2019, companies with more than 50 employees in future will be legally obliged to set up a whistleblower system.
